Borgman of the University of California, Los Angeles, delivered a keynote presentation, “Digital Scholarship and Digital Libraries: Past, Present, and Future.” Drawing on materials from her forthcoming book Big Data, Little Data, No Data, the keynote traced transformations in scholarly communication such as publishing online and data dissemination and explored how libraries can position themselves to support these shifts in scholarship.
