A new post on the Internet Archive blog details a variety of methods to ensure webpages are added to the Wayback Machine. “If You See Something, Save Something: 6 Ways to Save Pages in the Wayback Machine,” includes a one-click “Save Page Now” form on the wayback machine’s homepage, a new Chrome Extension and Wikipedia bookmarklet.
The Internet Archive has been saving web pages for 20 years. This archive has been built by thousands of people, and we would like you to help. Use one of the methods above to make sure we have the pages you care about.
The tools outlined only save one page of a website, and do not initiate a crawl of the entire site.
