Formerly the National Diversity in Libraries Conference (NDLC), IDEAL ‘19 will provide an opportunity for professionals at every level and across sectors to discuss how increasing workplace diversity and creating an inclusive working environment improves organizational effectiveness, creativity, adaptability, and relevance to the communities served by that organization.
Proposals are due through the submission form by midnight (EST) on March 10, 2019. Scholarships are available by application to attendees who demonstrate financial need.
