POST: Map Games and Odyssey Jam

Stella Wisdom and Gary Green (both British Library) have written a post on the British Library Digital Scholarship blog reporting on the Map Games and Odyssey Jam programming they undertook as a part of the library’s recent Late at the Library: You are here! event.

The post provides details on the wide variety of map-concerned tabletop and digital gaming that took place at the event, which linked the event to the library’s current Maps and the 20th Century: Drawing the Line exhibition. Additionally, the post provides information about the upcoming #OdysseyJam event and tips for creating interactive fiction pieces with which to participate.

dh+lib readers engaged in digital scholarship and games programming in their own libraries and galleries will appreciate the game titles, approaches, and technologies highlighted in the piece.
