The Association of Research Libraries (ARL) is celebrating Fair Use Week to “highlight and promote the opportunities presented by fair use and fair dealing, celebrate successful stories, and explain these doctrines.”
The ARL developed and shared a Fair Use Fundamentals Infographic that “explains what fair use is, why it is important, who uses fair use, and provides some examples.” You can view the full infographic as a pdf here.
