CFParticipation: Taxonomy of DH Research Activities and Objects 1

Librarians! An invitation to comment and provide feedback on a draft “Taxonomy of DH Research Activities and Objects” has been extended until February 9, 2014. The taxonomy, which is available as a Google doc, will be used by digital humanities resources such as DH Commons, Bamboo DiRT (Digital Research Tools), and DARIAH (Digital Research Infrastructure for the Arts and Humanities). As the coordinators explain, the taxonomy:

has been developed for use by community-driven sites and projects that aim to structure information relevant to digital humanities and make it more easily discoverable. The taxonomy is expected to be particularly useful to endeavors aiming to collect information on digital humanities tools, methods, projects, or readings.
